Craft expo forms part of Lockyer Valley Spring Festival

THE Laidley Quilt and Craft Expo began today and will run until Saturday with needlework and fine art displays featured alongside those of vintage trucks, tractors, cars and engines.

Hosted by the Laidley and Hatton Vale Uniting Churches, the Expo is celebrating its thirty first anniversary in 2015 and is a major feature of the Lockyer Valley Spring Festival.

Country hospitality and great coffee will be on offer throughout the three day event set up at the Uniting Church Complex, 45 Patrick Street, Laidley.

Opening hours are 9am to 4.30pm today and tomorrow from 9am to 3pm on Saturday.

Admission for adults is $3 and 50 cents for children.
