Christmas is a great time to be with friends and on Tuesday December 1st, 104 members and guests of Forest Lake Fifty Plus Club gathered to celebrate and enjoy Christmas party.

Our Club provided a generous three-course meal with tea/coffee and drinks for everyone. There were Christmas gifts for all, time for some dancing and 50 raffles where drawn with many lucky members going home with their arms full.

The Club wishes to thank The Premier of Queensland, Annastacia Palaszczuk MP, Bernie Ripoll MP, Leeanne Enoch MP, Cr Milton Dick, MTR Property Group, Anthony Shorten, Forest Lake Shopping Centre Management, Sherwood Services Club and some of our club members for their generous donations that helped make the raffles such a success. Forest Lake Fifty Plus Club meet on the 3rd Friday of the month at the Lions Richlands Club, Pine Road, Richlands for a 10.30am sign in and an 11am start.

New members are always welcome. For more information on the Club and its activities, please contact Les (Activities Officer) on 3279 9449 or 0466 377 618, or email fl50plusc@gmail.com
