We asked our Facebook fans what they rate as the top burger on the Sunshine Coast. 

It was tough competition. But the votes are in. Check out your best picks for a great burger...and maybe even fries.    

1. Rick's Garage

Margaret St, Palmwoods  

Tucked away at Palmwoods, this retro themed diner attracts burger-lovers from across south-east Queensland to try their menu. The atmosphere teamed with the super sized burgers and shakes, makes Rick's the best place for burgers on the Sunshine Coast.

Joanne Willemse: They have the best/biggest mushrooms on their burgers.

2. Hello Harry

Ocean St, Maroochydore  

A popular restaurant run by chef Tony Kelly (ex Stokehouse, Brisbane and Noosa Beach House Peter Kuruvita), Hello Harry specialises in great burgers. And boy do they deliver.

Burgers are served on sweet brioche buns, with the pulled pork burger with the red slaw a favourite among Hello Harry punters. 

Erin Bayfield: Hello Harry is by far the best.

3. Betty's Burgers and Concrete Co.

Hastings St, Noosa

A long-time Sunshine Coast favourite, Betty's Burgers is popular with new fans and old.

While many remember Betty Walllace and her famous $1 burgers, the new Betty's Burgers and Concrete Co at Hastings St is a totally new owner, with the same eye for a great bun. 

Betty's Burgers and Concrete Company is burger and frozen custard ice-cream concept. One street back from main beach, Betty's Burgers is the number-one choice for a weekend burger binge with inventive combinations having customers coming back for more.

Thomas St, Noosaville

Award winning gourmet burgers to have you leaving satisfied. From the Downunder with beetroot and egg, to something with a little more zing, the House of the Rising bun, Wagyu beef, Japanese teriyaki sauce, pickled ginger, wasabi, kimchi and roasted red peppers. 

5. Kenny's at Mooloolah

Jones St, Mooloolah Valley 

Head to Kenny's at Mooloolah for a great value lunchtime burger. Flicking through Kenny's at Mooloolah's Facebook page it's clear there's a loyal following of customers for breakfast, lunch and now dinner.

6. Grill'd

Sunshine Plaza and Kawana Shoppingworld     

Fresh healthy burgers, this franchise, with two Coast locations, is a hit with locals. Try the Baa Baa Burger or the Queenslander, you can't go wrong. And while you're there grab some sweet potato chips with garlic herb mayo. Yum!

Indiana Pl, Kuluin

Kim Ferguson: Kuluin Bakery, OMG, amazing homemade burgers for $6.50 and so huge you can't get your mouth around them!

Brisbane Rd, Mooloolaba

Set in a prime location in the heart of Moolooolaba, the Burger Bar offers delicious gourmet burgers that are hard to resist.

Fans of this cafe brag about the works burgers with a thickshake on the side

10. Good Bar

First Ave, Mooloolaba  

Plenty of lunchtime burger specials at this casual bar and restaurant just off the Esplanade. Check out the Carolina Crusade- Carolina pulled pork with Gentleman Jack chipotle sauce and southern slaw.
