Budding florists book now for Friday3Live at the gallery

IF YOU'RE looking for something different and fun to do next Friday night, June 17, head to Caloundra Regional Gallery for Friday3Live (Friday Three Live) from 7-9pm.

Inspired by the flora and fauna-themed current exhibitions Papillon and Flora non Evidens, talented florist Nat Evans, from Heavenly Blooms, will show you how to create a beautiful winter-themed, floral woodland garland. Using autumn leaves and floral elements, make a stunning floral creation to wear or display at home.

Come along and enjoy a night of creativity, conversation, music and more.

Numbers are limited so bookings are essential. Suitable for ages 18+. Book your place now via the gallery website.

While you're at the gallery, take a walk around the current exhibitions. Be inspired by the thousands of delicate butterflies created by Kim Schoenberger for her exhibition 'Papillon', and the intricate detail of the light reflective embroideries of Karen Richards's 'Flora non Evidens'.

The next Friday3Live event will be held on July 15, from 7 - 9pm.

For more details on all of the great programs and workshops held at the gallery visit the gallery website.
