Brother of radical Parramatta shooter killed in air raid

THE sister of the Sydney teenager who murdered police accountant Curtis Cheng, and who was herself killed by an air strike in Syria, has been revealed as a chief recruiter for Islamic State.

Shadi Jabar, 27, fled Australia in September, the day before her 15-year-old brother, Farhad Jabar, shot Mr Cheng and was killed by police. After leaving Australia, she used social media to recruit fighters and women to join IS in Syria, according to News Corp.

Ms Jabar was killed in a US air strike on Syrian city Al Bab on April 22 along with her husband.
