Are you ready? 111 garage sales in the Valley in one day
SECOND Hand Saturday kicks off bright and early Saturday morning with people across the Clarence Valley opening up their garages for you to buy their bric-a-brac, kitchen goods, clothings and much, much more.
The biggest garage sale on the North Coast is a great initiative for recycling pre-loved items to happy new owners.
In the Clarence Valley there will be no less than 111 garage sales from Iluka all the way to Copmanhurst and even one in Minnie Water.
Friends of the Hound in Carrs Creek, the Grafton Gem Club, Majos Football Club in Junction Hill, the Mend and Make Do Crew and Westpac Helicopter in South Grafton and the Yamba Red Cross Branch are all listed as fundraising garage sales.
Second Hand Saturday will be held across Ballina, Byron, Clarence Valley, Kyogle, Lismore, Richmond Valley and Tweed local council areas. There will also be a leftovers garage sale on Saturday, 1 October.
