Begonias in the New Year

The Queensland Begonia Society Inc. will conduct their first meeting for the New Year on Saturday, January 16.

The Set Subject for the day will be Cane-like Begonias, often referred to as Angel-Wing begonias.- the tall growing varieties with large pendulous clusters of colourful blooms.

These make good garden specimens.

The Queensland Begonia Society meets regularly on the 3rd Saturday of the month.

Meetings are held in the Uniting Church Hall, 52 Merthyr Road, New Farm. Trade Table 12.30 pm. Meeting 1 pm.

Afternoon tea is provided.

Visitors most Welcome.
