Aspiring Toowoomba lawyer meets Governor de Jersey

YOUR STORY: An aspiring Toowoomba lawyer has met the Governor of Queensland.
On Wednesday at the official launch of Catholic Education Week in Brisbane the two College Captains of Our Lady of the Southern Cross College, Dalby Madeleine Wunsch (Maddy) and George Harris had the opportunity to discuss their future career aspirations with his Excellency Governor Paul de Jersey.
When the Governor asked Maddy what did she intend to study, she replied "law".
The Governor then reminded Maddy that he had been the Chief Justice for the 12 years prior to 2014.
What great opportunity for a young aspiring lawyer to hear advice from someone who has "engaged minds ignited hearts and served others throughout his distinguished career.
