Absolutely Fabulous comedy duo return with feature film

THE cast of Absolutely Fabulous are back at it again!

It has been four years since the British comedy duo graced the small screen and they've returned starring in a feature-length film, titled Absolutely Fabulous: The Movie.

The first trailer has been released and the plot has been revealed as Jennifer Saunders' PR agent Edina Monsoon and Joanna Lumley's Patsy Stone going on the run and (possibly) killing model Kate Moss.

The trailer features all-star cameos from Kate Moss, Jon Hamm and Rebel Wilson, as a flight attendant.

It's been reported that Kim Kardashian, Harry Styles and Cara Delevingne will also make cameos, along with multiple stars from the fashion world.

Absolutely Fabulous originally aired for three seasons and two specials on BBC 2 between 1992 and 1996.

The enormous fan base that grew from this original series propelled the comedy duo, Patsy and Edina, to secure two seasons and another two specials of an Absolutely Fabulous revival from 2001 to 2004.

The pair appeared in more specials during 2011 and 2012 to celebrate the show's 20th anniversary.

Absolutely Famous: The Movie premieres in August and Australian fans will be happy to know Jennifer Saunders and Joanna Lumley will both be heading Down Under for the opening.
