A FRENCH jihadist with strong links to the chief planner of last month's massacre in Paris is among 10 IS leaders killed in the past month by US coalition air strikes.

During a briefing in Baghdad, US Army Colonel Steve Warren said Charaffe al-Mouadan, who was killed in Syria on December 24, had a direct link to Paris attack cell leader Abdelhamid Abaaoud Mouadan and was a friend of Samy Amimour, one of the three suicide attackers who killed 90 people at the Bataclan concert hall on November 13.
