Conservative numbers man knighthood mocked as ‘Abbott move’

AUSTRALIAN-born political strategist Lynton Crosby is expected to receive a knighthood, in a move likened to Tony Abbott's knighting of Prince Philip.

Mr Crosby ran several successful election campaigns for John Howard and the British Conservative Party.
