7 different ways to kick-start your morning

2. Matcha latte
A MATCHA latte is also loaded with health benefits and is bright green in colour.
Matcha is a finely ground green tea, with one serving of matcha tea the equivalent of 10 cups of regular green tea.
Matcha is packed with antioxidants, boosts metabolism, burns calories and is also calming.
The green latte is made with matcha green tea, hot water, milk (coconut, almond or cow), cinnamon and nutmeg.
3. Beetroot latte
BEETROOT lattes are one of the latest beverage trends and comes in the form of a bright pink drink.
A beetroot latte is made with beetroot, almond milk, honey (or another sweetener) and you can add cinnamon and ginger.
The caffeine and dairy free drink boasts health benefits including that beetroots are a natural anti-inflammatory, are an antioxidant and they contain betaine which helps with stress and inflammation.
4. Chai latte
A CHAI latte is not new on the cafe scene but it is another different way to start your day.
These lattes contain a whole heap of spices including cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, ground nutmeg and allspice mixed with milk.
